Using our website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the site in any way that breaks the law, damages the site or its security, interferes with another user, or attempts to gain unauthorised access to our systems. We may suspend or restrict access to the site, or to any individual, if these terms are breached.

We work hard to keep the website available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change, or remove content and features at any time without notice.

Eligibility

To place an order you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. By ordering, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you give us is accurate.

Products

We sell genuine Lattafa Yara fragrances and related products. Every bottle we ship is authentic, sourced through trusted suppliers and checked before dispatch.

We take care to describe our products accurately, but please note the following:

• Fragrance notes and how a scent develops can be experienced differently from person to person, so descriptions are a guide rather than a guarantee.

• Product images are for illustration. Packaging, bottle design, and batch details may vary slightly as brands update them over time.

• Stock is limited and availability can change. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product.

Pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We try to keep pricing accurate at all times, but errors can occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error on an item you have ordered, we will contact you before processing the order and give you the choice to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is accepted.

Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We will send an order confirmation email acknowledging that we have received it, but this is not acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We do not store your full card details. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.

Delivery

We ship across the UK with free tracked delivery. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full details are set out in our shipping information.

Returns and refunds

Because fragrance is a hygiene product, returns are only accepted on items that are brand new, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are covered separately. Please see our Refund and Return Policy for the full details, which form part of these terms.

Fragrance safety and allergies

Perfume products contain alcohol and fragrance compounds. By buying from us, you acknowledge the following:

• Fragrances are flammable. Keep them away from open flames, direct heat, and direct sunlight, and store them as directed.

• Apply to skin or clothing only. Avoid contact with eyes and broken skin.

• Fragrance ingredients can cause a reaction in some people. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, we recommend a patch test before full use, and you should stop using the product if irritation occurs.

We are not liable for allergic reactions or misuse of the products. If you are concerned about a specific ingredient, seek medical advice before use.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Yara Aura and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any content without our written permission. Brand names and trademarks referred to on the site remain the property of their respective owners.
